Picture of the Day for 11/20/2010. I've gotten in the habit of taking my dad for a drive through either Little Cottonwood Canyon or Emigration Canyon on Saturday afternoons. I recently decided to branch out and drive through Big Cottonwood Canyon. I had forgotten how pretty and dramatic it is. I love the massive and jagged rocks that have been heaved out of the earth. It makes you wonder what cataclysmic event generated enough power to do that.
