Picture of the Day for 11/13/2010. I have a tradition of buying regional cookbooks as souvenirs of my vacations. (My all-time favorite find was "Cooking for the Astronauts: An Uplifting Experience" from my trip to the Kennedy Space Center last year.) I've been browsing through my new Atlanta cookbook and I think the first recipe I'm going to try is one for spoonbread, a traditional Southern dish.
