More Home Remedies
Picture of the Day for 6/28/2010. Lately, I've been plagued by ferocious leg and foot cramps- the kind that leave you breathless with the pain. Obviously, this means I'm not getting enough potassium in my diet. This prompted me to purchase some bananas and coconut water (which contains a whopping 670 mg of potassium). Coconut water (extracted from Brazilian green coconuts no less) is definitely an acquired taste. To render it palatable, I dilute it with ice water and add Crystal Light powder. So far so good- no nasty leg cramps.
