Picture of the Day for 6/3/2010. I received a "senior citizen" offer to subscribe to Sunset magazine. I am outraged! I'll admit to being middle-aged, but as a 47-year-old, I cannot be remotely categorized as a senior citizen. Perhaps that label might apply if I were living in ancient Egypt where life expectancy was less than 40 (I googled that bit of trivia), but not in 21st century America. Also, with all the talk about how there's no such thing as privacy and how our personal data is EVERYWHERE, one would think the publisher has access to databases clearly identifying my non-senior citizen age. Sheesh.
