Picture of the Day for 5/4/2010. Believe it or not, I'm actually capable of purchasing something besides new shoes. I just bought new plates- two sets of service for six. This means I'm capable of entertaining up to a maximum of 12 people. If a 13th person showed up, they would be sooo out of luck. I'd have to escort them right out the door. Of course, the whole point is moot right at the moment. My house is still not in a socially acceptable condition for guests so it will be awhile yet before I contemplate hosting a dinner party. But when I do, I'll be prepared with lovely new china.
i expect to be one of the 12 invited.....but plain white? really? how boring!
