I received what has to be one of my all-time favorite e-mails from a health plan today. I was asking the plan some questions regarding their strategy concerning health care reform and here's the response I received:
"I will be following up with our Actress on this subject for you."
My health plan contact quickly wrote back and said spell-check was responsible for this error and he meant to say "actuaries." I told him I was rather disappointed since I liked the idea of their in-house actress dispensing advice.
