Gravity

Picture of the Day for 10/12/2013. I'm sure it will come as no surprise that as a space geek/fanatic, I've been eager to see the movie Gravity. Finally got a chance to see it today- in 3D no less. Yay! Of course most of the events were implausible*, but it sure was fun watching the film. It even made me cry. 

*I'll spare you a detailed discussion of orbital mechanics. I realize not everyone is as fascinated by the topic as I am. Sigh.
