Picture of the Day for 5/21/2011. The surgery I had last July did a number on my hair. It feels like the texture has changed and of course I'm dealing with all the new growth (which I'm happy to be dealing with, trust me) after having lost a lot of hair immediately after the surgery. Gone are the days when I could just wake up, brush my hair, and have perfectly straight hair. I've come to the unpleasant realization that I'll have to actually "do" something to my hair to make it presentable each day. Sigh. Towards that end I spent $100 on a styling device which I'm SURE will solve all my hair problems. (At least I'm hoping it will- we'll see.)
