Picture of the Day for 7/16/2012. A few days ago I tried a recipe for a cinnamon roll cake. I adore cinnamon rolls, but they seem like too much trouble to make so this seemed like a good alternative. I don't think the recipe calls for enough cooking time. The cake should probably be baked to the point where it's a little overdone since the brown sugar filling and the glaze make the cake a little mushy. As you can see, the mushiness hasn't stopped me from eating a few pieces. Duh- it's cake.
