Picture of the Day for 4/5/2012. My sisters and I have started tackling my parents' personal papers. We encountered this box labeled "keepsakes." In breathless anticipation, we opened the box to find this:
Yep, that's right. Blank lined notepaper was the first item we pulled from the box. Sigh. My mother was not as organized as she could have been when it came to her memorabilia.
To be fair, the box was actually filled with some genuine keepsakes. I was beyond excited to find the cards and letters my mother received when I was born since I had never seen those before.
