Picture of the Day for 10/19/2010. This blog entry is long overdue. Two weeks ago I went to check on my condo for the first time in two months and discovered a package waiting for me by the front door. It turns out that it had been sitting there since mid-August. It's a testament to my neighbors that no one made off with the package during all that time. My friend Aurora had sent me a "get well" gift of two Sprinkles cupcake mixes and the princess cupcake toppers. She couldn't have gotten me anything I liked better! Sadly, I had neglected to inform Aurora of my new address, but fortunately, it all worked out OK. It was actually fun to get an unexpected present a couple of months after my surgery.
