Picture of the Day for 1/23/2010. I've posted quite a few self-portraits over the past few days. Normally, I'd make a self-effacing comment that it's not all about "me, me, me," but since that's the nature of a blog, that particular disclaimer won't hold water. I really didn't post this picture just to see my face on the Internet. This photograph is all about the reading glasses perched on the end of my nose, a sure sign that I'm firmly entrenched in middle age as I cannot read without them. At least I don't wear them on a chain around my neck while wearing a sensible wool cardigan.
