Picture of the Day for 1/19/2010. Ah, comfort food at its finest. This is a pepperoni pizza bagel from Einstein's Bagels. There are certain modifications required to make this the "perfect" pizza bagel. First, it must be on an Asiago bagel. Second, the tomato sauce must be substituted with garlic herb cream cheese. Third (this is not so much a modification as it is a requirement), the pizza bagel must be accompanied by a Diet Coke. Yum. I needed some comfort food today...
