Picture of the Day for 5/1/2012. I'm still attending that Incan shaman class on Tuesday nights. Don't judge me! It's very New Age-y and most of my friends would totally roll their eyes at the material presented, but there's always some practical advice I get out of it. Tonight's class focused on not letting the past, especially feelings associated with painful or distressing events from the past, infect your present and future.
I took this picture of the empty row of chairs directly in front of me since my friend Mary and I were wondering if we were inadvertently sending out hostile vibes because despite the full classroom, not one single person sat in those chairs.
