Picture of the Day for 9/29/2014. I've gotten my exercise act together. I've been running intervals this past month, gradually increasing my endurance and distance traveled. I sure do love running, but I have to be careful since it's not easy on your back and joints.
I've also been taking classes at my gym. Take a look at this ab machine our trainer had us use. You hold onto the handles with your feet dangling in space and then you lift your legs up to your chest. I actually was able to do this. Five times. Me. Michelle Merrill. The woman with the doughiest belly on the planet. Wow.
Now if I could just get my eating act together...
