Picture of the Day for 7/5/2011. I've been working on getting into the office before 8:00 a.m.* rather than moseying in at 9:30 (which had been my habit for years). No matter what time I arrive, however, I can never seem to beat one colleague who comes into work very early each day. This has preyed upon my mind (due to the fact that I'm hyper competitive) to the point it has become a quest. I finally achieved victory today at 6:45 a.m. when I was the first person to arrive at work. Pictured above is my colleague's dark and empty office. Ha!
*Another colleague of mine is fond of saying that it sure makes for a long workday when you arrive on time. Ain't that the truth.
