Picture of the Day for 6/27/2011. Here are some words of advice. If you buy a chocolate truffle at the cafe across the street from your office and look forward for several hours to eating the truffle after a grueling 12-hour workday, don't put the truffle in your skirt pocket. Sadly, I've learned this is where truffles go to die. By the time I pulled the package out of my pocket, the chocolate was completely melted. I remained undaunted however in the face of this setback. I put the chocolate in the freezer for a few minutes to harden it up. Worked just fine.
