Ready to Rent

Picture of the Day for 1/27/2012. I hired a property management company on Tuesday to rent out my empty condo and they had it ready to go by Friday (today). That's quite a feat considering it's been empty for 2-/12 years and required a lot of cleaning and repairs. I went over today to inspect the place. It looks great! Wish my house looked this pristine.
