Filmy Residue

Picture of the Day for 7/8/2014. It’s summer which means my city has switched over to a different water source which means this is what my dishes look like after being washed in my dishwasher. All of my 4th of July dishes/pots/pans/serving dishes are covered in a thick, filmy residue. And this is after having used a rinse agent to prevent this. I’m having to re-do all those dishes by hand and let them soak in vinegar to remove the residue. Sigh. Guess I’ll be hand washing all my dishes for the next few months.
