Picture of the Day for 8/6/2012. My mother was famous (among her family) for the breakfasts she used to prepare at the Bear Lake cabin. Her pancakes were very distinctive- small and cooked in bacon grease. Yum. I really miss those pancakes so my sister Robynne made me some in honor of mother. They were wonderful! Yay for small pancakes!
Please note that I did not eat the entire plate of pancakes pictured above. I graciously shared them with my nieces.
