Skin Brushing
Picture of the Day for 8/1/2012. At the T-Tapp exercise workshop I attended two weeks ago, the instructor spoke about the benefits* of dry skin brushing and demonstrated the proper technique. I decided to give it a try and found I really like it. It makes my skin feel great and it's very invigorating.
*Stimulates blood/lymph flow; removes dead skin cells; stimulates hormones and oil glands, reduces cellulite, strengthens the immune system, stimulates the nervous system; tones the muscles, tightens loose skin.
