Picture of the Day for 2/20/2012. My friend Suzanne and I went on a field trip up to the Beehive Cheese Co. in Uintah, Utah today where we purchased, believe it or not, cheese. It was a fun excursion. I particularly liked the drive along Highway 89 which hugs the mountains and provides a lovely view of the Great Salt Lake.
