Preparing the Wedding Bouquets

Picture of the Day for 8/1/2014. I asked my sister Paula if she needed any help getting ready for Corinne's wedding and she asked me to help wrap the bouquets for the bride and bridesmaids with ribbon. This seemed like a simple enough task, but it took me and my niece Michelle (pictured below) forever. Things went fairly quickly once we figured out that you should start the ribbon-wrapping at the bottom of the stems rather than at the base of the flowers. Just a helpful hint in case you're ever called upon to do this yourself. 

Corinne ordered paper poppies for her wedding flowers from Etsy.com and they turned out really cute.
