Mexican Food

Picture of the Day for 3/31/2014. My niece Chantal and I stopped in Beaver, Utah for lunch on our way down to Las Vegas. As you can see, we had Mexican food. I've eaten at this restaurant several times and I never fail to be amused by this sign which is genius in its simplicity. It gets straight to the point.
